Should you find a lower price, we encourage you to call us and we will do our best to match or beat a competitor's price whenever possible. For all prices and products, InterLink Computers, Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments for errors, changing marketing conditions, or product discontinuation.

In order to make a warranty claim, customer must provide a copy of the original invoice at the time of the claim. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.

All labels, or other markings on products must remain on the product or this warranty will be deemed as void

Individual Components

InterLink Computers, Inc. warrants products against manufacturer's defects for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date.

Product exceptions: printers, scanners, notebook “laptop” computers, monitors, and digital cameras carry a thirty (30) day warranty against manufacturer’s defects in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty.

Computer Systems

InterLink Computers, Inc. provides a one (1) year limited warranty on all computers assembled in their entirety by InterLink Computers, Inc. This warranty includes defects in manufacturer’s components and workmanship. This warranty does not include software incompatibilities or viruses on the customer's machine. In such a case, our standard labor rates would apply (please contact an InterLink Computers representative for more information). InterLink Computers, Inc. offers complete coverage of the entire system, with no cost to the customer, for a period of one year from the original invoice date.  Additional manufacturer warranties may apply and it will be the customer's responsibility to submit the warranty claim or we can handle the warranty claim with the manufacturer for an additional fee (to be determined at the time of warranty claim).

All labor performed on the computer is warranted for a period of one year from the original invoice date. This does not include upgrades performed by InterLink Computers, Inc. For such cases, a discounted labor rate determined by InterLink Computers, Inc. would apply.

Warranty lengths and conditions may change provided InterLink Computers, Inc. provides the terms and conditions in writing to the customer at the time of purchase.

Exclusions

InterLink Computers, Inc. shall not be liable for damages resulting from the use of any product. All warranties cover defects from normal use and do not cover any misuse of the product by the customer. Examples of misuse would include "over-clocking" a processor or using the processor on a mainboard that was not designed to support the processor. This warranty does not cover products that are not supplied by InterLink Computers, Inc., modifications, or service by anyone other than a factory service center or damage due to an act of God.

Legal Disclaimer

InterLink Computers, Inc. hereby expressly disclaims all warranties eitherexpressed or implied including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by InterLink Computers, Inc. in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Title of goods herein being purchased is retained by InterLink Computers, Inc. until the goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to the purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are for export, the purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturer warranties for exported goods may vary and even be null and void.

Any and all liability is only for the products purchased. InterLink Computers, Inc. is not responsible for any loss of time or data from any defect. InterLink Computers, Inc. does not warrant compatibility with other components or upgrades done not using components from InterLink Computers, Inc.

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted exclusively under the laws of the State of Virginia. The parties agree any claim or litigation arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach or validity thereof, shall be brought in Hampton, Virginia, the location of InterLink Computers, Inc., and the governing law shall be the laws of the State of Virginia.

In the event that any paragraph of this agreement shall be declared invalid or void by any court, such declaration shall not invalidate the entire agreement and all other paragraphs of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
